20 YEARS AGO THE FINALS
20 years ago Leghorn was a protagonist in the Italian Basketball Major League. The two teams (Libertas and Pallacanestro Livorno) fought for the highest positions in the standings. 20 years ago one of these two teams (the Libertas) get to play game 5 of the Finals Championship against the glorious team Olimpia Milan.In this photo a moment of game 5.

Leghorn participated 3 times in the Korac Cup
Leghorn has written important pages in the history of Italian Basketball with his two clubs: Libertas e Pallacanestro Livorno. The two clubs took part in the Korac Cup (historical European club competition - in this photo the trophy). The Libertas has participated twice (in the 1984/85 and in the 1989/90), on the contrary the Pallacanestro has had only one appearance in the 1988/89.Tuesday, August 18, 2009
